Introduction to the sheet lining method with high durability, which allows for easy construction and shortened construction periods.

This technology is a corrosion protection method for the inner surface of tanks that can be applied on wet surfaces or in high humidity conditions. After applying a special mortar to the concrete structure or after section repair, a jig board is pressed onto it immediately after application, achieving full adhesion with the concrete structure. This method eliminates the need for support materials, allowing for a shortened construction period. ▼Overview The Zik Aqua 149 method meets the Japan Water Works Association (JWWA) K149 standards and is a lining method for concrete water tanks using a composite of soft polyester resin and corrosion-resistant polyester resin. ▼Features - It meets the water quality standards related to water supply facilities as stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, as well as the JWWA K149 standards, making it applicable to the inner surfaces of concrete water tanks in water supply facilities. - It is an FRP lining method reinforced with glass fibers using soft polyester resin, combining flexibility and high strength, while demonstrating corrosion resistance and waterproofing. - Its high strength and flexibility enhance crack-following capability. - It has excellent weather resistance.

High durability chemical-resistant non-matte FRP lining

A type of coating lining method. The Ziktect VE method is a vinyl ester resin coating lining method that does not require the impregnation and degassing process of glass mats found in conventional FRP corrosion protection methods. The vinyl ester resin, which is blended with special glass short fiber reinforcement materials, can form a corrosion-resistant coating layer using common painting tools such as rollers, trowels, and brushes. The formed corrosion-resistant coating layer excels not only in sulfuric acid resistance and alkali resistance required in sewage environments but also in chemical resistance. This method can meet quality standards A to D for coating lining methods used in sewage systems.
